We produce private events for top resorts, corporations, spas and individuals such as Netflix, Lexus, Sun Microsystems, Pacific Life, Four Seasons, Rosewood, Pebble, Bernardus and many others. We are honored to have been selected as 'the best event' numerous times. Our formats are almost limitless and typically custom-tailored to the needs of the group and budget. Formats include custom perfume or product blending, make-your-own hands-on classes, Sniff and Sip wine and food pairing, girlfriend getaways, distillation demonstrations, chakra balancing with tarot or astrology readings, perfumery classes, brides maids, mother-daughter, special occasion parties and much more. Bernardus Lodge Valentine Sweets & Scents ~ Feb 12, 2011 ~ 11 to 2 PM
What better way to spend time with your beloved than an afternoon at Bernardus Lodge? Guests will be welcomed with classic champagne cocktails before meeting Pastry Chef and chocolate enthusiast Ben Spungin. Under Ben’s direction, couples will each create a box of indulgent handmade chocolate truffles. Then join Jane Hendler and Rex Rombach of Carmel’s famous organic perfumery and apothecary, Ajne. Guests will experience an array of rare & natural essential oils – including such aphrodisiacs as Vanilla, Cacao, Rose and Jasmine. Each guest will blend these pure and precious oils into a custom parfum – bottled in Ajne’s signature romantic Black Heart flacon. Then enjoy a romantic table at Chef Cal Stamenov’s grand wine country buffet featuring grilled organic vegetables, artisan cheeses, natural prime beef, local seafood and new release Bernardus wines.
